FOREST VITAMIN® Vitamin C is a dietary supplement containing as much as 1000mg of vitamin C and 5mg of citrus bioflavonoids per tablet.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is the best known vitamin, but also extremely VERY necessary for the functioning of the body. Vitamin C is an essential component in the formation of connective tissue. Thanks to the collagen produced by vitamin C, it can promote wound healing. Vitamin C can also support our immune system. Ascorbic acid is an effective antioxidant that prevents the ageing process, including of the skin, and improves the cardiovascular system.
BIOFAVONOIDS
Bioflavonoids, on the other hand, are chemical compounds found in plants, where they act as antioxidants, among other things. They come from citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes and tangerines. They are recommended during periods of increased susceptibility to illness and infection, but also as support for the body.
